At TechGummy Technologies Limited, we are committed to helping authors publish high-quality, original, and globally acceptable books. To ensure smooth production, distribution, and compliance with international publishing standards (including Amazon KDP and other global platforms), all authors must follow the guidelines below.
1. Originality & Intellectual Property
All submitted content must be original or you must have rights to use it.
No plagiarism, copied articles, copyrighted materials, lyrics, scripts, or content you do not own.
If content includes quotes or references, proper citations are required.
Fanfiction using copyrighted characters, worlds, or names is not accepted.
2. Quality Standards
Your manuscript should meet basic readability and publishing standards:
Complete, coherent content (no unfinished chapters)
Clear structure and chapter flow
Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Consistent formatting and styling
No random, low-quality, or repeated text
No scrambled, AI-dumped or automated content without human editing
3. Accuracy & Misinformation
We do not accept:
False medical claims
Misleading financial promises
Unsupported scientific facts
Content that imitates official government documents
Non-fiction claims must be reasonably accurate and verifiable.
4. Prohibited & Sensitive Content
Techgummy does not publish:
Pornography or explicit adult sexual content
Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
Hate speech, extremism, or abusive content
Content promoting illegal activities
Defamation or personal attacks
We accept books that explore mature topics only if they are handled responsibly.
5. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content
Techgummy allows AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, etc., under the following conditions:
Allowed
✔ AI-assisted writing
✔ AI-assisted editing, ideas, brainstorming
✔ AI-generated draft content that the author manually reviews and improves
✔ AI-generated images with proof of commercial rights
Not Allowed
✘ Pure AI text dumped without editing
✘ AI content that includes misinformation or hallucinations
✘ AI-generated content copied from other sources
✘ AI images or text that violate copyright (e.g., celebrity likeness, trademarked characters)
All authors must ensure their AI-assisted content is:
Original
Accurate
Edited by a human
Free of copyrighted names, characters, or brands
AI-assisted content must be disclosed to Techgummy during submission.
6. Image & Graphic Requirements
You must own rights to all images and illustrations.
No copyrighted images from Google, Pinterest, or social media.
Images must be clear, high-resolution, and appropriate for print.
AI-generated images must not replicate real copyrighted logos or characters.
7. Metadata & Descriptions
Authors must ensure:
Accurate book title and subtitle
Accurate category and keywords
No misleading titles or keyword stuffing
No use of competitor names or brand names in metadata
8. Duplicate & Repetitive Content
We do not accept:
Duplicate books with small changes
Repackaged content from public domain without new value
Repetitive filler text
Low-effort books solely created to upload in bulk
Each book must offer unique value to readers.
9. Public Domain Content
Allowed only if:
The work is genuinely in the public domain
You add substantial new value (analysis, illustrations, commentary, translation)
10. Responsibility & Compliance
By submitting your book to Techgummy, you confirm that:
You own all rights to the content
The content does not violate any laws
You agree to revise the manuscript if it fails quality or compliance checks
Techgummy reserves the right to decline books that do not meet our standards.
